This policy explains what AtoZinIT does with the information you give us through this website. We are an IT company, so we will keep it plain.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address and your message. If you subscribe to the blog we receive your email address. We also collect basic, anonymous statistics about how the site is used, such as which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to provide the services you ask about, and to send you the blog if you asked for it. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we reasonably need them for our business records. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send or by asking us directly.

How we protect it

The same way we protect our clients' data: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, monitored systems and tested backups. No system is perfect, but we do not ask our clients to do anything we are not doing ourselves.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ContactUs@AtoZinIT.com and we will deal with it.
